What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect your email address, the page and campaign source, consent time, and any optional profile answers you provide. First-party events record page and conversion activity using a session identifier kept in your browser session. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings in the analytics table.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide requested vault access, operate the early list, understand which pages are useful, protect the service, and improve future playbooks and community material.
Email consent
Submitting a waitlist or vault form provides the requested access and subscribes that address to project updates, as stated beside the form. You can unsubscribe at any time without losing required operational records.
Services
The planned production system uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data, Resend for automated email, and Google Workspace for the human brand mailbox. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.
Retention and choices
Raw first-party analytics are designed for a 90-day retention window before aggregation. Subscription and delivery records remain as needed to honor access, suppression, security, and legal obligations. Contact privacy@thehouseaibuilt.com for an access, correction, or deletion request.
